Our approach
As a Body Alignment Coach, my focus is to help you move with ease, strength, and confidence whether you're an athlete chasing peak performance or someone simply wanting to feel better in your body.
I use the LYNO Method, a holistic movement system designed to assess and restore full-body alignment by identifying where your body is stuck, restricted or bracing. Many of us carry tension or pain that doesn't respond to stretching or strength training as this is often due to unresolved restrictions within the fascia, the body’s connective tissue.

Assess
Using a comprehensive, head-to-toe range of motion assessment I can see exactly where your body is restricted or overcompensating, so we can work with clarity and purpose.
Release
Using gentle, focused techniques and active movement to help your body let go of chronic holding patterns whether they’ve come from physical injury, repetitive strain, or stored emotional trauma. These patterns may be subtle but often have a profound impact on how you move and feel.
Restore
By releasing these restrictions your natural movement pathways are restored. This helps reduce pain, prevent recurring injuries, and support a calm, balanced nervous system.
